Capacity Building for Survey Agents – 2025 Session
From November 26 to December 5, 2025, an important training session dedicated to Survey Agents was held in Yaoundé, organized by the American NGO Enveristas, in partnership with the Center for Studies and Research for Development (CERD).
The session aimed to equip participants with:
✔️ Modern data collection techniques
✔️ Survey methodologies on the living conditions of cocoa producers
✔️ Current good agricultural practices observed in Cameroon
✔️ The use of digital tools for reliable and transparent data collection
Through this initiative, Enveristas and CERD reaffirm their shared commitment to a more sustainable, fairer, and better-documented cocoa sector.
This training not only strengthens the technical skills of surveyors, but also contributes to a better understanding of producers’ daily realities, in order to promote targeted and strategic development actions.
